No catch! Our passion is printing, so over the years our company has found innovative ways to print quality photos at a fraction of the cost. That way, all you pay for is shipping and processing.

Will you ever charge me more that $2.99 per month?

Not unless you order more than one book. And we will NEVER increase the cost without letting you know and receiving approval first.

Which devices can run GrooveBook?

The app is available in Apple App Sotre for the iPhone, iPod and iPad.

GrooveBook is also available for the Android in your Google Play Store.

Why can I only upload photos from my smart phone?

Why can I only upload photos from my smart phone?

We want this to be a no-brainer app with the simplest uploading and interface possible. Perhaps we will extend to printing directly from Facebook and other photo applications in the future.

iPhone users – at this time you can only upload straight from your Camera Roll. To get photos from other albums and devices you may use email and Photo Stream. To share photos with friends, try the Bump App!

What happens if I upload fewer than 100 photos?

You can upload any number of photos between 40-100 every month. You will still get your book for FREE and pay only $2.99 for shipping and processing.

At this time we are only capable of printing books with 100 pages. So if you upload between 40 and 99, we will simply repeat as many photos as necessary to fill your book. We are working hard to make smaller (shorter) books available in the future. But for now, enjoy and share those extra prints!

When will my first book be completed?

We'd like to get your first book to you ASAP, so as soon as you upload your first 100 photos we will automatically close and print your first book. However, it's no problem if you need longer to select your best photos - we will wait a week before closing your first book with 40 to 99 photos.

At what point of the month do my photos need to be uploaded?

Your signup date determines your due date schedule. If you sign up on the 12th of the month, your photos must be uploaded by the 12th day of the next month, as stated on your "Upload" screen.

Don't worry, we will remind you to upload photos before the deadline hits! (Make sure your notification settings are "ON" for GrooveBook).

Can I skip a month of GrooveBook?

No problem, we will still keep your account active. The fee of $2.99 is a subscription cost, so it will still be charged if you decide not to receive a book one month. We hope this is such a small fee that you will not choose to cancel GrooveBook.

How do I select multiple copies of the same image?

You can find that in the “Advanced Photo Selection Mode” after clicking “Information.”Advance Mode Photo Selection

Why do I have to put my credit card information into the app if I have a coupon?

The credit card info will be saved for a subscription base. If after your free Groovebook arrives, you would like to end your subscription, simply cancel your account and we won't charge your card.

What if I want an extra book before my monthly deadline?

If you would like an extra book before your monthly deadline, please feel free to contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. once you have uploaded 100 photos. We will ship your photo book out immediately and this will cost another $2.99 for shipping and processing.

We will keep your monthly due date the same (so don't forget to upload another 100 photos by then!).

Why do you only ship to the US?

We'd like to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for our customers and have figured out a special (patent-pending) way to do this. We will hopefully start shipping to other countries very soon. If you would like to send a book to someone outside the US, please first ship the book to yourself.
